Being an Aunt is the greatest joy!!!

Most of you know that my greatest joy was having Kylie...however, a close second is becoming an Aunt. On June 13th of this year my brother and his wife gave me my new title. I was able to spend the entire weekend with him this past weekend while they were in D.C. If you want to smile and laugh be in the presence of a child , but with a baby those smiles are so unconditional and in pure joy. Just looking at some of the pictures from this past weekend can put that smile right back on my face. The toothless kisses, the neck snuggles..it simply doesn't get any better than that anywhere. I admit that I got home last night at 8:30 and by 9pm I was in bed till this morning...I am usually a LATE NIGHT type of person. I was beat. I just wanted to blog for a moment to let you know that I am loving my new title this year. LOVE BEING AN AUNT and being one to such a precious little boy has been one of my highlights of 08. Thanks Brian and Jeannie for letting me be such a big part of his life...for coming up there when ever I ask, for letting me be the baby hog that I have been accused of being, for giving me this gift and title.
